As summer temperatures rise, Baodafor New Materials has completed a comprehensive ventilation and cooling facility upgrade for its production workshop. The project began in late May and is now fully operational.

Key improvements include the installation of 12 industrial exhaust fans on the workshop roof, significantly enhancing air circulation efficiency. A misting cooling system was also installed around production lines, effectively lowering the perceived temperature in the working environment without increasing humidity. Additionally, the company replaced aging thermal curtains and reorganized material storage areas to reduce direct heat impact from equipment on the work zones.

The Baodafor production manager noted that summer has always been peak season for food packaging production. The improved workshop environment not only protects the health and comfort of front-line workers but also helps reduce production losses caused by high temperatures, enhancing overall delivery efficiency.

This workshop upgrade is part of Baodafor's 2026 Continuous Improvement Plan, with similar optimizations planned for the warehouse area next.
