Baodafor New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. has recently launched a comprehensive lean production improvement project at its Xiamen manufacturing base, aiming to further enhance production efficiency and product delivery capabilities through systematic process optimization.

The lean production project covers three core modules: production line layout optimization, refined inventory management, and standardized production cycle times. According to the company's production manager, the introduction of advanced Industrial Engineering (IE) time analysis systems enables more precise identification of production bottlenecks, allowing targeted improvements.

In inventory management, Baodafor has implemented an intelligent warehouse management system that enables real-time tracking of raw material inflows and outflows, effectively reducing inventory backlog while ensuring timely material supply. The production workshop has also redesigned logistics routes to minimize unnecessary movement of personnel and materials.

The advancement of lean production has received enthusiastic support from front-line workers. The company organized specialized training to help employees master standard operating procedures and continuous improvement methodologies. Through group improvement activities, the production team has cumulatively proposed and implemented over 30 optimization suggestions.

Baodafor stated that lean production is a long-term systematic project, and the company will continue to invest resources to promote efficiency improvements across all stages, providing customers with more stable and efficient product supply services.
