Baodafor New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. has recently launched a comprehensive 5S on-site management standard initiative at its Xiamen production base. The program aims to establish a benchmark for the food packaging industry through standardized and regulated site management practices, further enhancing product quality and production efficiency.

The 5S methodology comprises Sort (Seiri), Set in Order (Seiton), Shine (Seiso), Standardize (Seiketsu), and Sustain (Shitsuke) - five fundamental pillars of workplace excellence. In this initiative, Baodafor has prioritized the production workshop, systematically organizing raw material storage, equipment maintenance, and tooling management to ensure clear standards and accountability at every stage.

Given the stringent requirements of food-grade packaging production, Baodafor has placed particular emphasis on cleaning and sanitation protocols. All production areas are managed according to GMP specifications, with clearly defined functional zones and logistics flow markings, along with established daily inspection mechanisms to maintain a consistently clean production environment.

"5S management is not a one-time campaign but a fundamental practice that requires long-term commitment," stated Baodafor's Production Director. "Through continuous implementation of 5S standards, we aim to cultivate good working habits among all employees and ultimately establish a distinctive Baodafor culture of site management excellence."

It is noteworthy that Baodafor has integrated 5S management into its daily performance assessment system. The company organizes regular 5S special inspections and evaluation activities, recognizing outstanding teams and fostering a positive atmosphere of competition and mutual learning to lay a solid foundation for high-quality enterprise development.
