Recently, Baodafor New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. organized a production skills competition themed "Pursuing Excellence and Craftsmanship" in its manufacturing department. The event aimed to inspire frontline workers to pursue technical excellence and high-quality output through skill-based competition, further improving the production quality and delivery qualification rate of food packaging products.

The competition consisted of preliminary and final rounds, covering core positions including packaging operations, equipment calibration, and quality inspection. During the preliminary stage, each team conducted internal selections to recommend outstanding candidates for the finals. The final judging panel, composed of production managers and quality engineers, evaluated participants comprehensively across multiple dimensions including operational standardization, output efficiency, and product qualification rates.

The competition atmosphere was enthusiastic yet rigorous. Contestants demonstrated solid fundamentals and excellent professional skills in their respective positions. Whether it was the precision of film slitting, the consistency of ziplock bag sealing, or the efficiency of automated equipment calibration, all contestants competed at the highest standards. After intense competition, several outstanding teams were recognized for their excellent overall performance.

"The skills competition is not only a contest of techniques but also a platform for mutual learning and joint improvement," said the production department head. Through the competition, participants can identify their strengths and weaknesses, helping them continuously improve and pursue excellence in future work.

Baodafor stated that it will continue to carry out various skills enhancement activities, continuously improve its training system, and create more learning and growth opportunities for employees. At the same time, the company will strengthen control over the entire production process, maintaining high standards and strict requirements to ensure every product leaving the factory meets food-grade safety standards.
