On October 1st, Baodafor New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. successfully held an autumn outdoor team building activity, with more than thirty employees from sales, production, and R&D departments actively participating in the event.
The team building activity was conducted at an outdoor base on the outskirts of Xiamen. The program was diverse and engaging, including ice-breaking sessions, trust fall exercises, rock climbing challenges, and group competitions. Under the guidance of professional coaches, employees were randomly divided into several teams, breaking down barriers between departments and promoting cross-departmental communication.
