Xiamen Baodafor New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. has recently completed a new round of production equipment upgrades, introducing multiple advanced automated production lines, marking a new level of intelligence in the company's food packaging manufacturing.
The core equipment in this upgrade includes a fully automatic high-speed cling wrap winding system, an intelligent ziplock bag die-cutting and forming production line, and an aluminum foil packaging line equipped with machine vision inspection. After the new equipment was put into operation, the company's overall production capacity is expected to increase by more than 30%, while the product defect rate has decreased significantly.
"We always adhere to driving development through technological innovation," said the company's production manager. "These new equipment pieces not only improve efficiency but, more importantly, ensure the consistency and stability of product quality."
In terms of environmental protection, the new production line adopts a lower energy consumption heat-sealing process, reducing energy consumption per unit product by approximately 15%. Additionally, automated equipment reduces the time of manual contact with products, further improving the hygiene and safety of food-grade packaging.
Since its establishment, Baodafor has continuously invested in R&D and equipment renovation, and now operates multiple automated production lines meeting food-grade safety production standards, with an annual production capacity reaching several thousand tons of various food packaging materials.
