To further improve employees' fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, Xiamen Baodafor New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. organized its 2026 annual fire safety drill last week, with active participation from all employees in the production workshop.
The drill was divided into two parts: theoretical training and practical exercise. In the theoretical training session, the company invited professional fire safety instructors to explain to employees the causes of fires, prevention measures, correct use of fire extinguishers, and basic knowledge of escape and self-rescue.
The practical exercise was held in the open area outside the production workshop, simulating a sudden fire scenario on the production line. Employees practiced fire extinguisher operations in groups, learning how to quickly assess fire situations, select appropriate fire-fighting equipment, and evacuate in an orderly manner.
"Through this drill, I mastered the correct way to use a fire extinguisher, and also learned how to stay calm in emergency situations," said one production line employee. "This kind of training is very practical."
Baodafor always prioritizes production safety, regularly organizing various safety training and drill activities to ensure that every employee can make correct responses in emergency situations, protecting the safety of themselves and others.
