As summer heat settles in, Baodafor's Xiamen production base officially launched its annual "Quality Month" campaign. Themed "Precision Excellence, Safeguarding Food Safety," this year's initiative aims to comprehensively strengthen quality awareness across all employees through specialized training and assessments.
In the opening week, multiple departments including Production, Quality Control, and Warehouse & Logistics launched thematic training sessions focused on food-grade packaging production standards. Training covered GB 4806.7 national food safety standards, key control points for PE and PA materials, and cleanroom operation protocols. All frontline workers are required to pass both theoretical exams and practical assessments before assuming duties.
"Quality is not inspected into products—it is produced into them. Every employee is a critical link in our food safety defense line," said Baodafor's Production Director. This year's Quality Month also introduces a "Quality Model" selection mechanism, aiming to inspire broad participation in quality improvement through exemplary leadership.
Beyond training and assessment, the Quality Month will feature a series of activities including 5S on-site production inspections, increased incoming material inspection ratios for suppliers, and customer complaint case reviews—building comprehensive food safety defenses from source to end-user.
