Xiamen Baodafor New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. continues to deepen lean management in its production workshop, recently completing a comprehensive upgrade of its outgoing quality control process to further strengthen quality management foundation and provide customers with more stable and reliable food packaging products.
This quality control upgrade covers the entire process from raw material warehousing to finished product delivery. At the raw material stage, the quality inspection department has strengthened incoming inspections of core materials such as PE resin and aluminum foil, adding multiple targeted testing indicators to ensure each batch of raw materials meets food-grade safety standards. During production, the workshop implements full-process quality monitoring, with quality control points set at critical stages and operators recording production data in real time to achieve product quality traceability.
Before outgoing delivery, each batch of finished products must pass strict outgoing inspections, including appearance inspection, dimensional measurement, seal performance testing, and food contact material safety certification verification. Qualified products are affixed with a dedicated quality inspection mark, enabling full-process traceability management.
According to Baodafor's production manager, quality is the foundation of enterprise survival, and lean management has no end point. The company will continue to improve its quality management system, enhance employee quality awareness, and supply superior food packaging products to catering enterprises, food processing plants, and household users with more stringent standards and refined management.
