Recently, Baodafor's production department organized a quality analysis meeting for front-line management personnel, aiming to systematically review quality control points in the current production process and further improve the pass rate of food packaging products at delivery.
The meeting was chaired by the production supervisor, focusing on a detailed analysis of recent quality inspection data. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on issues such as film thickness fluctuations, cutting burrs, and print color deviations that may occur during production, and developed improvement plans for each issue.
"Quality is the foundation of enterprise survival, especially in the food packaging sector, where any defect may affect customer trust," the production supervisor emphasized in the meeting summary. "We must treat every customer feedback as an opportunity for improvement and eliminate every quality hazard at the萌芽 state."
It is reported that Baodafor's monthly quality analysis meetings have become a normalized mechanism. Through data analysis, problem tracing, and corrective action closed loops, the company's food packaging products have maintained a delivery pass rate above 99.5%, earning a strong quality reputation among domestic and international customers.
Next, the production team will implement the improvement measures from this meeting to specific workstations and incorporate them into next month's quality assessment indicators.
