To further enhance the comprehensive skills of production workshop employees and build a team of "multi-skilled workers," Baodafor New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. launched its quarterly job rotation training program at the beginning of this month. The training covers more than thirty front-line operators, technicians, and team leaders, with a training period of four weeks.

The rotation training adopts a dual-track model combining "senior employee mentoring" and "cross-functional learning." Participants, guided by their original position mentors, take turns working in core process positions including cling film slitting, ziplock bag making, aluminum foil rewinding, and baking paper cutting. Each position rotation cycle lasts one week, and participants must pass both theoretical examination and practical assessment before completing the program.

"Before, I was only familiar with my own position's process. After the rotation, I now have a more systematic understanding of the entire production line, and I can quickly identify which link has issues when abnormalities occur," said one participating operator.

The production manager at Baodafor stated that job rotation training is one of the important initiatives in the company's lean production advancement. By allowing employees to deeply understand the operation points and quality requirements of each process, it not only helps enhance individual competitiveness but also enables flexible allocation of human resources during peak production periods, improving overall delivery capability. Currently, all employees from the first batch have passed the assessment, and the second batch of rotation training is scheduled to start next month.
