Baodafor New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. has recently completed a comprehensive upgrade of its PE cling wrap production line, further enhancing food-grade packaging quality. The upgrade focuses on two core areas: intelligent manufacturing equipment renovation and raw material quality control, marking another breakthrough in the company's technical capabilities in the food packaging field.
In terms of equipment, the company has introduced a new generation of high-speed blown film units and precision slitting systems, achieving simultaneous improvements in production speed and product uniformity. The new equipment is equipped with real-time online thickness monitoring sensors, controlling film thickness deviation within ±5%, effectively solving the common problem of uneven thickness in traditional processes. Additionally, fully automated packaging lines have replaced the original semi-automatic processes, significantly reducing contamination risks from manual handling and improving production efficiency by approximately 40%.
Regarding raw materials, Baodafor strictly selects food-grade linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) as the core raw material. All batches of raw materials must pass SGS food contact material safety testing, ensuring no plasticizer or heavy metal residue. According to the production department, the upgraded production line can now produce 15 tons of food-grade PE cling wrap daily, with product specifications covering widths from 20cm to 60cm and thickness ranging from 0.01mm to 0.03mm, meeting diverse needs in retail, food service, and household applications.
This production process upgrade is an important initiative in Baodafor's strategy of "Intelligent Manufacturing + Food Safety." The company stated it will continue investing in R&D innovation to provide customers with safer and more reliable food packaging solutions.
