It is reported that since the launch of the quality management system upgrade project at the beginning of this year, Baodafor has completed the full-chain quality control process reengineering from raw material warehousing, production process to finished product delivery. According to the head of Baodafor's Quality Management Department, "We have established stricter raw material inspection standards to ensure that every batch of core materials such as PE raw materials and ionomer resins entering the factory meets food contact material safety requirements."
In the production process, Baodafor has introduced an online quality monitoring system that realizes real-time monitoring of key indicators such as cling wrap thickness, ziplock bag sealing strength, and aluminum foil surface tension. Once parameters deviate from standard ranges, the system automatically triggers alarms and adjustment mechanisms, effectively reducing the non-conforming product rate.
At the same time, Baodafor also regularly conducts quality training for all employees. Through case analysis and hands-on exercises, the company strengthens quality awareness among front-line workers. A production workshop supervisor stated, "Quality management is not just the responsibility of the quality department. Every employee is the first guardian of product quality. Through training, everyone has become more disciplined and conscientious in executing process standards."
In recent customer feedback surveys, several food processing enterprises have given positive evaluations of Baodafor's product stability. One customer commented, "In more than two years of cooperation with Baodafor, we have found very high quality consistency between product batches, which has reduced a lot of pressure on our own quality control work."
