Xiamen Baodafor New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. has announced the successful development and mass production of its next-generation food grade PE cling wrap. Building on its food-safe foundation, the new product achieves a major breakthrough with 30% improved stretch performance through an optimized raw material formula and advanced manufacturing process.
The new PE cling wrap utilizes premium linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) as its primary raw material, processed through a specialized biaxial stretching technique. This gives the film enhanced toughness and puncture resistance while maintaining excellent clarity. In laboratory tests simulating real-world usage scenarios, the new cling wrap demonstrated significantly superior performance compared to conventional products.
"We observed that customers have increasingly higher demands for cling wrap user experience," said Baodafor's R&D Director. "While improving stretch performance, the new product continues to pass SGS food contact material testing and complies with GB 4806.7 national food safety standards."
